Early morning showers make fantastic rainbows. It requires a very bright primary rainbow to make a double. The sun is to the right at 90 degrees. Notice the cloud tops. The main rainbow refracts off the water droplets and the double is the light that bounces back inside the drop to refract a second time. Notice the order of the colors reverses.
A full primary rainbow and a 3/4 Double. Missed a perfect full double by a minute. A total full double would be 4 pots of gold!
