Sylvan Heights Bird Park

Sylvan Heights Bird Park is a great place to get birds up really close. The park has many aviaries and most you can enter. They cover most of them with nets to keep the hawks out.

Trip to Scotland Neck, North Carolina to the Sylvan Heights Bird Park. It pretty much middle of no where and not on the coast or mountains.

Abyssinian Ground Hornbill - This guy is just plain mean.
